About the Potain MCT 85
Once a building goes past six or seven floors, a mobile crane stops making sense and a tower crane starts. The MCT 85 is the size most residential developers in Indian metros settle on: five tonnes at the root, 1.4 tonnes still available at the 52 m jib end, and a topless design that lets you run two cranes in overlapping radii without a mast head clash.
Supplied with mast sections, foundation anchors and erection supervision.
