1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with YAS Cranes & Equipment you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise and are subject to the machine remaining unsold at the time of order confirmation.

2. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed on receipt of the agreed advance. For new machines the standard terms are 25% advance against a confirmed order slot and the balance before dispatch. For pre-owned machines the balance is payable before the machine leaves our yard. Title in the equipment passes only on receipt of payment in full; risk passes on delivery.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines quoted are estimates based on manufacturer schedules and are not guaranteed. Prices are ex works our Bangalore yard unless expressly stated otherwise. Transport, oversize permits, escorts, unloading and site access are the buyer's responsibility unless included in writing in the quotation.

4. Inspection & Condition of Pre-Owned Machines

Pre-owned machines are sold on an as-inspected basis. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the machine, review the written condition report and the third party load test certificate, and bring their own technician before making payment. Once accepted and paid for, a pre-owned machine is not returnable on grounds of condition already disclosed in the report.

5. Warranty

New machines carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the machine listing and in the order confirmation. Pre-owned machines carry no manufacturer warranty; our 90 day driveline assurance applies as described in the listing. All warranties are void if the machine is operated outside its rated load chart, modified without written approval, or serviced by an unauthorised party.

6. Safe Use & Operator Responsibility

Load charts, rated capacity limiters and safety devices supplied with the machine must be followed at all times. The buyer is responsible for competent operators, statutory periodic inspection, ground bearing assessment and lift planning. YAS Cranes & Equipment accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage arising from operation outside the rated chart or from disabled safety devices.

7. Liability

Our liability under any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of production, contract penalties, hire charges or downtime, however arising.

8. Specifications

Specifications, load chart figures and images published on this website are indicative and for comparison only. The calibrated chart and documentation supplied with the individual machine take precedence. We reserve the right to alter specifications in line with manufacturer changes without notice.
